House of Hammm Consignment Q & A
Is is with great sadness we announce that House of Hammm Consignment Boutique is closing it's brick and mortar doors, and will no longer be accepting consignment inventory. All November appointments will be honored. If you have said appointment, our standard Q & A is available below for your consignment review, along with a few other FAQ in regards to our upcoming sale/closure.
~ Will you still be accepting inventory?
We will no longer be accepting items on a consignment basis, however donations will be graciously received. We have specifically chosen this time to make this change to allow for all our current garments and account balances to meet their contractual shelf lives and expiration dates.
We will continue with standard consignor payouts as stated on your contract, of course with preference towards in-store credit to promote sustainability.
~ Will you still have new inventory for us to shop if you aren't taking consignment appointments?
HELL YES! We are committed to providing you all with the same experience of amazing sustainable and new clothing at the same amazing prices right until the end!
~ What is going to come of House of Hammm?
Well, that is up to you. We have the option for the structure and materials of the business to be sold as an asset (conditions apply), or ultimately should the business not transition to a new owner by June, we will be closing the doors June 30th, 2021.
~ What will you do with your social media platforms?
This is somewhat still to be determined. Electric Velvet Vintage has been liquidated and dissolved, while we are currently re-branding House of Hammm Consignment Boutique and focus our energy elsewhere to keep that Hammm hustle alive, so don't unfollow us! We've got a few pots on the stove, just waiting to see which one boils first.
